Return & Refund Policy

At Lilopita, we are dedicated to providing products that help enrich your child's learning and development. We believe in our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If, after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, you are not satisfied, please contact us via our contact form.

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have entered processing. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident that our products work, and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re not satisfied within 60 days, you can return them. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact Us page. Providing your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used will expedite the process.

We package with care, but if your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged packaging alone isn’t considered a defect. If the product itself is broken, we will evaluate the issue for a free replacement. Please note we don’t refund or replace items damaged from regular use, wear, or misuse.

While we aim to deliver on time, we aren’t responsible for delays outside our control (courier issues, customs delays, etc.). For lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If not corrected within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
