Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may have entered processing. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We package with care, but if your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Damaged packaging alone isn’t considered a defect. If the product itself is broken, we will evaluate the issue for a free replacement. Please note we don’t refund or replace items damaged from regular use, wear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver on time, we aren’t responsible for delays outside our control (courier issues, customs delays, etc.). For lost, delayed, or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
