Delivery times vary by location. Please note that during holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. If shipping internationally, customs delays may occur.

It’s your responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details at checkout. If changes are needed, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may be processed.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to external factors like weather or courier issues may occur. In such cases, we will work with couriers to resolve the issue.

If your package is lost or stolen, contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the courier. While we are not liable for lost packages, we will do our best to help.
